Paula Aguado currently works in the Marketing, Communication, and Commercial Relations Department at Quique Dacosta, where responsibilities include social media content creation, editing and designing the magazine No Sólo Cocina, and managing MICE groups and events. Previously, Paula gained experience in the Commercial, Protocol, and Events Department at Veles e Vents Valencia, focusing on event management and restaurant reservations. Paula holds a degree in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Valencia and is pursuing a Master's in Digital Communication and User Experience (UX/UI) at Universitat Politècnica de València. Additional educational experiences include participation in Erasmus+ programs in France and Italy, focusing on food production and winemaking techniques.
