Nicoli Ferraz serves as the Head of Product Design at QuintoAndar since August 2021 and is also a Sr Design Manager. Additionally, Nicoli is a Professor of Interface Design at Gama Academy, teaching an online course in UI/UX Design since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Design and Design Manager at HandMade Design from April 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed organizing design processes, developing design leaders, and managing designer onboarding. Nicoli also held positions at Profes as Design Lead and Product Designer, at Wine.com.br as UX Designer, and at resultate as Designer, alongside research work at the Laboratório de Planejamento e Projetos. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
