Paul Acquah is a seasoned Solutions Architect at Quintica with extensive experience in system analysis and integration projects, specializing in BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include driving complex integrations and developing high-level solutions using various technologies. Previous roles include ITSM/BMC Senior Consultant, providing optimized solutions for telecommunications, banking, and mining sectors, as well as a Service Desk Engineer at MTN Ghana, where support of ITSM systems enhanced operational efficiency. Additional experience includes management of ICT at Apam Catholic Hospital and teaching Physics and ICT at Archbishop Porter Girl's Senior High School. Paul Acquah holds a Master’s degree in Defence and International Politics from Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, a Commonwealth Executive MBA from Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Cape Coast.
