Steve Ellis started their work experience as a Sport Information Director's Aid at Cedarville University in December 2012, where they worked until April 2013. Steve then worked as a Campus Crew Sport Marketing Intern at Columbus Crew from January 2013 to April 2013. After that, they joined QuintEvents in May 2013 as a Sales Executive, a position they still hold.

Steve Ellis attended Cedarville University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Business Management.
