Kathryn Ellis has a diverse range of work experience. Kathryn began their career in 2019 as a News Writer Technician. From 2021 to 2021, they worked as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid. In 2022, they transitioned to the Institute of Reading Development where they worked as an English Teacher for two months. Kathryn then moved on to TRAVSPOT in 2022, where they worked as a Content Marketer for ten months. Currently, they are employed as a Content Writer at QuintEvents starting in 2023.

Kathryn Ellis completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from North Carolina State University, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Lake Norman High School from 2014 to 2018, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their high school education.
