Pascal Haidon has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Group HR Operations Manager at Quintet Private Bank since July 2012, with a focus on learning and development strategy since May 2018. Prior roles include Head of Learning & Development, HR admin and Payroll, and Head of Settlement, Safes and Subsidiaries Back Office Services, where management responsibilities encompassed around 60 employees. Previously, Pascal Haidon held positions at KBL European Private Bankers, JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA, and Credit Agricole, accumulating a wealth of expertise in operational management and client relations across various financial services. Education was completed at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège from 1992 to 1995.
