Praful Shimpi started their work experience as an Industrial Engineering Trainee at Alcon Electronics Pvt Ltd in October 2016, where they worked on lean manufacturing. In December 2018, they joined Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited as a Senior Executive, where they were responsible for creating processes and methods to gather supply chain data, analyzing data to identify problematic areas, and suggesting improvements. Praful also planned and implemented supply chain optimization projects and developed requirements and standards. In January 2020, they transitioned to ElasticRun as a Central Ops role until March 2022. Currently, they are working as an Analyst at QuinStreet since April 2022.

Praful Shimpi attended K K Wagh college of engineering, Nashik from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Data Analysis with Pandas & Python from Udemy in March 2022, Data Science from IBM in July 2020, Certified Business Analyst: Project Management Techniques from Udemy in May 2020, Certified SAP: Supply Chain Management in R/3 from Udemy in April 2020, Certified Supply chain and Operations Management by Sorin Dumitrascu from Udemy in April 2020, and Certified Advance Excel Data Analysis for Dummies by Mavin Analytics from Udemy in March 2020. Praful also completed the course Excel Pivots for Management Consultants & Analyst; however, the month and year of completion are not provided.
