Aditi Thakur has a diverse background in data analysis and ETL development. Aditi most recently worked as a Data Analyst at QuinStreet, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of ETL Developer/Data Analyst at Stanford Health Care from July 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they built ad-hoc reports and dashboards to analyze trends and patterns of COVID-19 and provided strategic direction for data privacy and security control within the organization.

Before their time at Stanford Health Care, Aditi worked at Sutter Health - Palo Alto Medical Foundation as a Datawarehouse Analyst II/Data Analyst from July 2016 to July 2019. Here, they collected user satisfaction surveys to create visually impactful dashboards and automated report generation for the Lean department.

Aditi's earlier experiences include working as a Consultant at Sujansky & Associates, LLC from July 2015 to June 2016, where they performed data scrubbing and developed reports and dashboards for analyzing the effectiveness of procedure codes. Aditi also worked as an Associate Consultant at Foresight Group International, AG from January 2013 to December 2014, where they built ETL processes, identified areas of improvement through customer data analysis, and utilized SQL for data integration.

Aditi Thakur has a background in computer science, with a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Aditi completed their postgraduate studies in computer science from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from the same university, specializing in computer science from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Aditi Thakur has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Aditi completed Tableau Essential Training in 2019 through LinkedIn. Aditi also obtained a certification in Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics from LinkedIn in July 2020. Aditi further obtained a certification as a Clarity Administrator from Epic in December 2019.
