Deepthi Unnikrishnan has over a decade of experience in recruitment, currently serving as Manager - Recruitment at Quinnox since October 2014, following a role as Deputy Manager - Recruitment. Prior to this, Deepthi was Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at MindCraft Software Pvt. Ltd. from September 2012 to October 2014. Earlier positions include Lead Recruitment Executive at Allscripts and Recruitment Executive at SunGard, where specialization in managing the recruitment process for the IMS vertical and handling end-to-end IT recruitment was noted. Deepthi holds an MBA in Human Resource from Indira Institute Of Management Studies (2006-2008) and a B.Com in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce (2003-2006).
