Cassandra Small has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations. Cassandra started their career as an intern at R&J Strategic Communications in 2007, followed by an internship at Success Communications Group in 2008. Cassandra then joined Beckerman as an Assistant Account Executive in September 2008 and progressed to the role of Account Executive in May 2009. Cassandra worked at Beckerman until August 2010. From June 2011 to December 2011, they took on the position of Senior Account Executive at Hundred Stories PR. Next, they joined Quinn PR in March 2014 as a Senior Vice President and later became an Executive Vice President. Cassandra is currently associated with Quinn PR. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable experience in strategic brand-building and communications for lifestyle brands.

Cassandra Small completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2004 to 2008.
