Brian Baker possesses extensive experience in the construction and transportation sectors, currently serving as a Transportation Construction Inspector at Quinn Consulting Services, Inc. since May 2016, focusing on the I-64 widening project. Previous roles include Piledriver Foreman at Waterfront Marine/Iicon Southeast, where responsibilities included driving piles for bridge construction and operating heavy equipment. Brian also held the position of Construction Foreman at Crofton Construction, overseeing job site management and equipment operation. Prior experience encompasses work as a Piledriver Foreman/Superintendent at Skanska USA and as a Piledriver Leadman at McLean Contracting Company, contributing to significant projects such as the Norfolk Naval Base pier. Brian completed education at Granby High School from 1989 to 1993.
