Christopher Fiorenza is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles within the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Controller of Investment Accounting at Quinlan Development Group since December 2022, Christopher has previously held positions including Fund Accounting Manager at a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Firm, Senior Property Accountant at The Silverman Group, and Accounting Manager roles at both ChuteMaster Environmental Inc. and BBMK Contracting LLC. Christopher’s career began as a Financial Analyst at Citi and an Associate at The Essex Group: Summit Financial Resources, Inc. Educationally, Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Seton Hall University, graduated in 2011, after attending Vernon Township High School.
