Brenda Aguilar has extensive experience in customer success, user experience design, and project analysis, currently serving as a UX and Customer Success Specialist at Quinio since February 2022. Previously, at Muventa.com, Brenda held roles as a Customer Success Leader and Key Account Manager, focusing on UX/UI design, project implementation, and client relations. Brenda’s earlier experience includes working as a Project Analyst at AMEXCAP, where responsibilities encompassed publishing industry reports, and as an Independent Financial Consultant, specializing in business planning and financing programs for small and medium enterprises. Brenda's career began at the Secretaría de Economía México as a Department Head, managing support programs for micro and small enterprises. Brenda holds a degree in Economics from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a diploma in Private Capital and Entrepreneurship from Universidad Anáhuac.
