Matthew Regan has a diverse work experience in the space industry. Matthew co-founded Quindar in 2022 and currently serves as the Head of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Meta Orbital Effects from 2020 to 2022, first as Director of Mission Operations and then as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2016 to 2020, Matthew worked at OneWeb, Ltd as a Senior Spacecraft Engineer, specializing in Fleet Management System. Matthew also served as a System Engineer at Orbital ATK from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they gained experience as a Mission Operations Intern at Orbital Sciences Corporation in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Student Engineer for Michigan Multipurpose Minisat from 2010 to 2012, where they took on various roles, including Mission Operations Team Lead, Integration and Testing Team member, and Systems Team member.

Matthew Regan completed their education at the University of Michigan. Matthew first pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Engineering, from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Masters of Engineering with a focus on Space Engineering, from 2013 to 2014.
