Steve Skidmore currently serves as Business Development at Quincy Recycle, specializing in solving waste stream challenges for manufacturers since 2018. Previously, Steve held various management roles at PepsiCo from 2005 to 2018, including Unit Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing a $46MM facility and enhancing profitability through strategic customer relationships and employee engagement. Steve also led sales teams in the Greater Kansas City area as a Sales District Leader, and developed partnerships as an Account Sales Manager. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2001 to 2003, focusing on marketing strategies and customer service. Steve holds an MBA in Business Management from Baker University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
