Most recently, at Quincus, they served as SVP of Finance and Operations, responsible for strategic financial decision-making and managing a team of six. Prior to that, they worked at 90 Seconds as a Financial Controller, overseeing global finance operations and implementing automated reporting systems.

Raelene also worked at Fluent, LLC, where they served as Controller, managing the full-cycle month-end close process and leading year-end audits. Raelene also gained experience in reporting and finance at Springer Nature Group and served as a Senior Finance Analyst at NBCUniversal, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Raelene worked as a Financial Accountant at MLS Business Centres, Consolidation Accountant at Brookfield Multiplex Ltd, and Corporate Financial Accountant at Sensis.
