Sejal Iyer has a diverse work experience across investment firms and retail companies. Starting as an Investment Analyst at Insight Venture Partners in 2007, they transitioned to Investor Growth Capital in 2009. From 2013 to 2018, Sejal held various roles at H&M, overseeing digital merchandising and online sales strategy. Most recently, they served as Head of Online Strategy at Old Navy before joining Quince in 2022 as the Head of Ecommerce. Sejal'sroles have involved managing online sales, merchandise assortment, and strategic planning to drive sales growth and profitability in the digital space.
Sejal Iyer obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Management from The Wharton School between 2003 and 2007.
