Nitish Bector is an accomplished Engineering Manager SDET at Quince since July 2023, following a prominent role as Lead SDET at Gojek from September 2019 to August 2023, where significant contributions included managing the GoPayLater and GoFood teams. At Gojek, Nitish successfully led the transition of the GoPayLater Akhir Bulan product to a Multi Finance license and spearheaded multiple loan channeling releases for compliance with Indonesian banking regulations. Key achievements include scaling the GoFood Pickup feature to accommodate 200K daily orders and handling milestone releases for major live events at Wynk Limited. Prior experience includes roles at MetaDesign Solutions, Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., and ITC Infotech, with a solid foundation in software development and testing.
