Sean Carroll is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Comcast since December 2022. With a strong background in telecommunications law, Sean has held multiple roles at the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable, including General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, from August 2011 to December 2022. Additionally, since November 2010, Sean has been a Legal Educator at Quimbee, creating educational content for law students. Prior experience includes positions at Epstein & August, LLP, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and various roles at the Federal Communications Commission. Sean holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University.
