Parul Bhargava is an experienced professional in the real estate and urban planning sectors, currently serving as a Research Specialist at Deloitte since July 2022 and as a Manager at Colliers since December 2020. With a background in valuation and due diligence for various real estate projects at HDFC Realty as an Assistant Manager, and previously as a Senior Analyst at Black Olive Ventures and Colliers International, Parul has developed expertise in market analysis and policy updates. Earlier roles include Urban Planner and Architect for the Government of Delhi, and experience as an Architect at Moti Bahri Architects. Parul holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and is a CFA Level 1 candidate, along with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
