Neil Yaekle is the Senior Vice President of Client Success at Quikly. Neil has over 20 years of experience in marketing, project management, and customer service. Neil began their career at HelloWorld, Inc. (formerly known as ePrize) in January 2008 as Vice President. In this role, Neil led a 20-person delivery team encompassing project management and customer service. Neil was able to turn the traditional cost center into a revenue generating department within their first year in the role. Neil also drove the strategy for consumer loyalty programs which delivered revenue of $1 million annually.
In addition to their work with HelloWorld, Neil has consulted with business development team members on pre-sale project scoping, including social and mobile strategies. Neil has also implemented mobile, social, and loyalty marketing solutions engaging targeted consumers. Neil has developed and implemented product and services roadmaps for revenue and margin expansion. Neil oversaw and managed the expansion of their team from 10 to 20+ members in their first two years in the role. Neil cultivated and strengthened client relationships which enhanced account and project profitability. Neil also communicated solution value, differentiation, and key marketing messages to clients.
