David C Cooksley has a long history of experience in the insurance industry. From 1983 to 2009 they held various positions, including Vice-President of E.R. Champion, CEO/President of Inskey, Inc., President/CEO of Xcipio, Inc., President of Fiserv FSC, and CEO of QuikFuzion. David C also held officer positions at the Professional Insurance Agents Association and the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals. During their time at Xcipio, Inc., they designed and launched a Java/XML communication platform, the first of its kind to successfully launch a real time comparative rating platform that connected directly to major US carriers simultaneously returning real time premiums. At QuikFuzion, they developed an agency management platform called AMP designed to replace antiquated and expensive agency management systems.

David C Cooksley obtained their CIC and CPIA Designations in Insurance from Insurance Designations between 1995 and 1997.
