Satish Ankam has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focused on payroll and implementation management. Satish started their career at Reliance Retail as an MSR, where they worked from 2007 to 2009. Satish then joined Tata Teleservices Ltd as an Executive from November 2009 to August 2010. Afterwards, they worked at Larsen & Toubro as a Team Lead from August 2010 to February 2013. Satish then joined Osource India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Payroll Manager in February 2013 and worked there until January 2016. Satish then joined Quikchex as a Payroll Account Manager in January 2016 and eventually became the Head of Implementation & Product Manager in April 2022. Their tenure at Quikchex is ongoing.

Satish Ankam earned a Master's Degree in Financial Management from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies from 2011 to 2014.
