Mir Emad Mousavi, Ph.D., P.E. began their career in 2002 as a Senior Engineer for SADRA Group. In 2011, they became an Engineer for 2H Offshore. In 2007, they began working as a Research Assistant in Structural / Reliability / Offshore / Coastal Engineering at Texas A&M University, where they developed methods for estimating the probability of failure of complex engineering systems, proposed the concept of integrity-based optimal design as a robust decision making approach in systems under uncertainties, and applied the quantitative reliability analysis in offshore structural systems. In 2015, they joined Delivery Fleet as CFO/COO/Data Scientist. In 2019, they founded and became CEO of Texas Structural Engineers. In 2020, they founded and became CEO of Licensed Structural Engineers. In 2021, they became President of Architectural Gig. Finally, in 2022, they founded QuiTruss LLC.

Mir Emad Mousavi, Ph.D., P.E. has a comprehensive educational background. Mir Emad obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2002-2005. Mir Emad then obtained their Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the same university in 2007-2009. Mir Emad went on to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy in Civil (Structural / Reliability / Offshore) Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2010-2012. In addition to their educational accomplishments, they hold certifications from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as a Professional Engineer (obtained in June 2014) and from Google as a Google Ads Display and Search Certification (obtained in July 2022). Mir Emad also holds a Professional Engineer certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
