Jessica Barrow, EI, has served as a Project Engineer at Quigg Engineering Inc. since May 2017, demonstrating expertise in project management and engineering practices. Prior experience includes a Project Engineer role at Bracken Engineering from May 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities involved document reviews and providing litigation support, as well as a Forensic Intern position focused on similar tasks.
