Michael Ciebin has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 at Blast Radius where they served as a Sr. Project Manager until 2008. Michael then joined Academy in 2009 as the VP, Executive Producer and worked there until 2015. Since 2015, they have been with Quietly Media Inc., first as the VP of Operations and currently holding the position of COO.

Michael Ciebin attended Vancouver Film School from 1997 to 1998, where they studied New Media.
