Lee began his career as a journalist at redOrbit.com, working closely with professionals at organizations like NASA, MIT and CERN before moving into the world of recruiting. He recruited in a variety of industries (e.g. fintech, bioscience/bioinformatics, CV/AI, manufacturing), growing a start-up recruiting firm from nothing to a multi-million dollar business before venturing out to establish his own headhunting brand.
