In 2011, they joined eCapital LLC as a Director of Credit and Risk, where they played a key role in assessing and managing credit risks. Lalana's latest role was as the Chief Credit Officer at Quickpay Funding LLC, a position they have held since 2015. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing the company's credit policies and ensuring the overall creditworthiness of the organization.
