Ueli Hartmann has extensive work experience in various roles in the telecommunications industry. Ueli started their career as an Engineer at Commcare in 1991 and then moved on to Swisscom as a Technical Manager. In 1998, they joined Commcare AG as a Business Unit Manager Network Services. In 2002, they joined Sunrise Communications AG, where they held several senior positions, including Senior Projekt Manager and Senior Business Analyst. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Business Partner Manager at Sunrise Communications AG. In 2015, they became a Senior Product Development Manager at the same company. In 2016, Ueli joined SwissQ Consulting AG as a Senior Consultant. Currently, they are working at Quickline AG, first as a Product Manager TV and now as the Head of TV Frontend Development.

Ueli Hartmann completed their education in a chronological manner. Ueli enrolled in WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur (Business Engineering). Prior to that, from 1986 to 1989, they attended ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Electrical Engineering with a focus on telecommunications engineering and information technology.

In addition to their formal education, Ueli Hartmann has obtained several certifications. Ueli received the CPRE RE@Agile, Advanced Level certification from IREB GmbH in December 2019. In March 2017, they acquired the HERMES-5 Foundation certification from TÜV SÜD. In October 2011, they obtained the CPRE Elicitation & Consolidation, Advanced Level certification from IREB GmbH. Furthermore, they hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner, IPMA Level B Certification, ISTQB Certified Tester, ITIL® V3 Foundation, OMG Certified Professional in Business Process Management (fundamental), Professional Scrum Master I, and SAFe Agilist.
