Sam Hoffner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 1999, they worked as a Program Manager at MRM//McCann where they managed projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Citigroup, American Express, Lucent, Agilent, and PanAmSat. Sam then joined DEEPFRY in 2001 as a Technical Program Lead for Coca-Cola. Sam worked at Shift in 2002 as a Senior Program Manager, where they developed websites and interactive programs to promote New Zealand as a tourist destination. In 2003, they were a Senior Program Manager at Atmosphere BBDO, working specifically with Cingular Wireless. Sam co-founded ANF in 2004, a software start-up that offered national news publications for download in MP3 audio format. Sam then joined Kaplan the same year as Vice President, responsible for Operations & Facilities. In this role, they managed a large staff and oversaw various departments across multiple locations. Sam joined HBG PARTNERS in 2012 as a Senior Managing Director before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. in 2014. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Executive Vice President and COO at Quicklert.
Sam Hoffner has a diverse education history. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Operations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Florida. In 1995, Sam briefly attended Universidad de Salamanca to study History and Language. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including PADI AOW & NITOX Certification from PADI in 1988 and Lean Six Sigma Champion Certification from the University of Miami.
