Scott Linker currently serves as AGILE Governance Task Lead/System Engineer at Quick Reaction Capabilities, Inc. since August 2022. Linker's extensive career includes over two decades as a military officer in the US Army, culminating in several leadership roles, including Deputy Division Chief at the National Security Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing a workforce of over 300 and executing cyber exploitation strategies. Prior experiences include key intelligence positions on The Joint Staff and within the National Security Agency, managing complex operations and programs related to cyber operations and national security. Linker's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in History/Social Science from Radford University, alongside a distinguished military education from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
