Charles G. has extensive experience in global marketing and product management, primarily in the technology and semiconductor sectors. Currently serving as Senior Global Portfolio Manager at 3M since June 2006, Charles oversees a diverse portfolio, including specialty abrasive films and slurries for various high-tech applications. Previous roles at 3M include Senior Global NPI Marketing Manager and Senior Global Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed commercializing new products for 5G infrastructure and strategic product portfolio management for semiconductor materials. Additionally, Charles is the Owner and President of Quick Cleat LLC, a Minnesota-based company specializing in boating accessories. Charles has held pivotal roles at Entegris, NT International Inc., FSI, Inc., and Osmonics, contributing to strategic growth and innovation in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Charles holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
