Dorrit Wouters possesses extensive experience in food science and product development, currently serving as Quality and R&D Manager and food product developer at Burger Brands Belgium since July 2017. Prior experience includes product development roles at CSM Bakery Solutions from April 2013 to July 2017, and a PhD researcher focused on food fermentations at Vrije Universiteit Brussel from September 2008 to December 2012. Dorrit holds a Master in Bioengineering Sciences with a specialization in food science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2006 - 2008) and a degree as an Industrial Engineer in Biochemistry from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool (2002 - 2006).
