Eric Strauchen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric started their career in 2012 as a Team Member at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate and was there until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Eric worked as an Event Staff at Strathallan a Double Tree by Hilton. In 2018, they joined TEKsystems, first as a Technical Recruiter until 2019, and then as an Account Manager - Infrastructure Optimization until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at HOVER Inc. as a Customer Enablement Specialist. Currently, Eric is a Customer Success Manager at Quext, where they started in December 2022.
Eric Strauchen attended Webster Schroeder High School from 2010 to 2014. After completing high school, they then went on to pursue higher education at Canisius College from 2014 to 2018. At Canisius College, Eric Strauchen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, and Finance.
