Theresa Pham is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and customer success. Currently serving as Partner Development Manager at Queue-it since January 2021, Theresa has held multiple roles including Customer Success Manager and Sales Development Representative in a leading virtual waiting room platform. Prior to this, a tenure at 3M from 2015 to 2019 included positions as Regional Sales Representative and Frontline Sales Representative Intern, managing sales across an eight-state Midwest territory. Earlier experience includes marketing and sales roles at Houston Gold Exchange, Sam's Club, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Shogun Grill & Sushi Bar. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston, complemented by education at The Stephen Stagner Sales Excellence Institute and an Associate degree in Biology from Lone Star College.
