Evan Newberry is a CCNP with several years of experience in the field. Evan most recently worked at Quest Media & Supplies, Inc. as a Network Engineer, providing technical support to clients remotely and re-architecting branch and datacenter networks. Prior to that, they worked at Insight Global as a Senior Remote Network Engineer, where they also provided technical support, designed and implemented networking hardware and software, and worked with customers to deploy networking gear. Evan also has experience as a Network Admin II at Stock Yards Bank & Trust, where they configured and managed various network devices and participated in audits. Evan has worked in similar roles at companies such as Southern Graphic Systems, NetShape Technologies, Inc., and Allen, Allen, & Brown.

Evan Newberry, CCNP, has a Certificate of Completion in Networking Systems from the Prosser School of Technology, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. In addition to this, Evan has acquired numerous certifications. These include CompTIA A+ (obtained in October 2009), CompTIA Network+ (obtained in September 2010), MTA (obtained in February 2011), CCENT (obtained in October 2013), CompTIA Security+ (obtained in January 2014), and CCNA (obtained in November 2013). More recently, Evan has obtained several Cisco certifications, including CCNP Enterprise (obtained in April 2016), CCNP Routing and Switching (obtained in April 2016), CCS-EAII (obtained in April 2016), CCS-ECore (obtained in April 2016), CCNP Security (obtained in August 2021), CCSSecurityCore (obtained in August 2021), and CCSSecurityIM (obtained in August 2021). Evan also holds the Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Design certification, which was obtained in January 2022.
