Mark Garstka

Vice President / GM / Consultant - New Retail Ventures at Quest

Mark Garstka has an extensive background in merchandising, product development, and management in the retail industry. Mark most recently worked at Quest, Inc. as the Vice President/GM/Consultant, focusing on developing new retail ventures for e-commerce and wholesale that provide employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior to Quest, Inc., Mark worked at C&A as the VP of Merchandising and Head of Buying, where they led brand and go-to-market strategy development and execution for multiple private label brands and categories. Mark also worked at Avon, leading the Asia Pacific Regional Merchandising, Design, and Product Development team for the fashion and home business. Additionally, Mark has held roles at adidas, UPIM, PUMA Group, Levi Strauss & Co., Nike, and adidas, where they gained experience in retail merchandising, global merchandising, category management, and marketing.

Mark Garstka has completed an MBA in International Business Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Central Florida.
