Thomas Kozmel has extensive experience in materials development, currently serving as the Materials Development Team Lead at QuesTek Innovations LLC since January 2015. Prior roles at QuesTek include Materials Development Lead, Senior Materials Development Engineer, and Materials Development Engineer, starting as an intern. Prior to joining QuesTek, Thomas Kozmel worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering Department at the Illinois Institute of Technology while completing a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Thomas Kozmel served as a Teaching Assistant for an introductory programming course in the Computer Science Department at the same institution while earning a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from 2007 to 2011.
