Sarah Cobb, MS, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Onboarding at Questco Companies, a role they have been in since April 2023. Prior to this, Sarah served as the Manager of Onboarding at the same company from March 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Questco Companies, Sarah worked at Insperity as the Manager of HR Services from September 2017 to June 2020. Preceding that, they were a Military Financial Counselor at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. from February 2017 to September 2017 and at Serco - a world of experience from February 2014 to February 2017.

Sarah also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at Sitel from September 2009 to April 2013 and as a Contract Recruiter at Todays Office Professionals from March 2009 to July 2009.

Their career began in the finance industry, working as an Assistant Vice President Recruiter at Merrill Lynch from July 2007 to March 2009. Before that, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at RS&H from October 2006 to July 2007.

Sarah's early professional experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Recruiter and Operations Manager from October 2002 to September 2006, and at Crawford & Company, where they served as an HR Generalist from July 1999 to November 2002.

Sarah Cobb, MS, PHR earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management at the University of North Florida from 1995 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Cobb has also obtained various certifications, including Accredited Financial Counselor from AFCPE® (Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education®) in April 2014, Master Resilience Trainer from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2013, and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2008.
