Chase Buie has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chase started their career in 2015 as a Job Coach Trainer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they managed a team of 15 associates and assisted them in overcoming employment obstacles. In 2016, they worked as a Collections Representative at Discover Financial Services, providing exceptional customer service and achieving top performance in the collections team. In 2017, they founded Utah Insurance and served as an Insurance Broker, specializing in helping self-employed individuals and independent contractors with life and disability insurance coverage. Chase also co-owned Noemi's Cafe in 2022. Chase worked as a Principal Recruiter at Jobot in 2022, followed by positions at Lucid as a Commercial Sales Account Manager and Commercial Account Executive III. Chase then joined O.C. Tanner in 2023 as an Enterprise Business Development Representative. Chase also has experience as a Physician Recruiter at CompHealth, an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid, and an Inside Sales Representative at Progrexion. Throughout their career, Chase has demonstrated strong skills in sales, customer service, teaching, and leadership.

Chase Buie holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. Their degree focused on Business and Conflict Resolution with particular emphasis. In addition to their degree, Buie has obtained certifications from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, namely "The National Alliance School for Producer Development." Chase also possesses a Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer License from the State of Utah, obtained in September 2009.
