Amy Cowan has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies and roles. Amy began their career as an Individual Investor II at Principal Financial Group in 2002, where they developed relationships with individual investors and provided exceptional customer experiences. Amy then transitioned to the role of Sr. Education Benefits Specialist at the same company, where they conducted retirement education group presentations and developed customized retirement education campaigns.

In 2009, Amy joined Skills For Living, Inc. as an Americorps Member, where they utilized their skills to serve and support the community. Amy later worked as an Immigration Legal Assistant at FosterQuan, where they coordinated activities related to immigration petitions and communicated with clients in English and Spanish. Amy also played a key role in streamlining the EB-5 visa process for clients.

Amy then joined Insperity in 2011 as a Retirement Sales Representative, before moving on to the role of Sales Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for inside sales of Insperity SaaS solutions, incorporating high touch sales techniques, and providing effective presentations to clients. Amy also presented the HCM portal to clients, which included sections on various aspects of HR and management.

Most recently, Amy joined Questco Companies as a Sr. Sales Engineer in 2020, utilizing their expertise to drive sales and provide technical support. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Amy Cowan received their Bachelor's degree in International Management and Spanish from Simpson College in the years 1997 to 2001. Later on, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis on Executive Development at Drake University from 2007 to 2010.
