Gabrielle Montenegro is a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Medicine Division of Cardiology at UCSF Health since April 2023. Currently serving as a MAvERICS Research Intern at the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute, Gabrielle has also held roles including Chemistry Office Assistant at Macalester College and Office Specialist for the City of Berkeley. Gabrielle's research experience includes internships at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals and Stanford University School of Medicine. Recognized as a Martin Luther King Next Generation Award Recipient by the Berkeley Unified School District and a QuestBridge Scholar, Gabrielle earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from Macalester College between 2019 and 2023. Educational background includes completion of studies at Berkeley High School in June 2019.
