Crystal Secaira is currently serving as an SEO Law Catalyst Fellow and Scholar at SEO, having been selected from over 1,000 candidates for an eight-year academic program supporting first-generation students from NYC public schools. Crystal has amassed significant experience coordinating events as Events Co-Chair for the QuestBridge Swarthmore College Chapter and conducting research as a Research Assistant for SAIH, focusing on global student activism. Additionally, Crystal has contributed to Swarthmore College as a Computer Science Student Mentor and Sociology Department Research Assistant, while gaining practical legal experience as a Learning & Development Intern at The Legal Aid Society. Crystal began a career in education as a Morgan Stanley Summer Teaching Fellow at PASE, mentoring teens and creating college readiness programs. Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sociology at Swarthmore College, Crystal's academic journey builds on a solid foundation from The Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences.
