Tonia Downard, LCB CCS, currently serves in a FTZ Implementation role at QuestaWeb, Inc. since May 2018. Prior to this, Tonia held the position of Foreign Trade Zone Administrator at Burton Snowboards from August 2015 to February 2018, focusing on FTZ management and administration. Tonia's experience also includes working as a Compliance Manager for Customs Brokerage at OHL, where responsibilities included developing Free Trade Agreement procedures and providing trade alerts. Additional roles include Import Specialist at Speed Sourcing Inc., where Tonia managed communication between factories and product teams, and various positions at ContainerPort Group, CEVA Logistics, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, encompassing administrative, accounting, and logistics functions.
