Ronit Gershi currently serves as VP HR at Questar Auto Technologies since October 2020, having previously held the same title at Q.B.O Services Ltd from March 2019 to February 2020, where the focus was on online marketing and sales for financial organizations. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Amdocs from September 2006 to January 2019, overseeing global HR strategies and talent management. Ronit’s career began at Unilever as HR Manager from September 2001 to September 2006, and earlier, served as a Social Worker and Team Leader at Tel Aviv Municipality from May 1993 to September 2000. Ronit holds an M.A. and a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, supplemented by additional diplomas and workshops.
