Qin Ying Chow is an experienced investor and advisor with a focus on digital assets and startups in the Web3 and Web2 spaces. Currently serving as an Investor at Digital Assets & Startups since February 2017, Qin led a blockchain pilot for the Singapore government and engages in pre-seed and seed-stage investments. Additionally, roles include Advisor at Sociov and Wildcats, Startup Mentor at Founder Institute and Quest Ventures, and Co-founder of a decentralized web community. Previous experience includes positions at EDBI Pte Ltd, Meet Ventures, Kobi Ventures, and Accenture, where Qin contributed to venture capital growth, corporate innovation, and digital transformation projects. Qin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from the National University of Singapore and an altMBA certification.
