Kubie Edelen-Davis, CAM, CAPS, currently serves as the Regional Director of Property Management at Quest Management Group, LLC, since December 2018, after holding the position of Regional Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Property Manager at Polinger Company from August 2015 to December 2018, and at Westminster Management from August 2012 to July 2015, where management of day-to-day operations of 1,098 units and financial oversight were key responsibilities. Kubie Edelen-Davis has also served as Office Manager at PMV Enterprises, LLC, overseeing business transaction records and administrative activities, and as Property Manager at Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC, focusing on budget analysis and resident mediation from June 2002 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the same institution, alongside ongoing studies for a Master of Science at the University of Baltimore.
