Sunil Chandran serves as the Global Head of High Capability Hiring at Quest Global, overseeing a team of 25 members in various countries and focusing on global leadership and digital technology hiring. Previously, Sunil held key roles at Amicorp Group as Head of Global Talent Acquisition and HR Manager for India, and at Strides Shasun Limited as Senior Manager Recruitment for global leadership. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Chiltern and recruitment roles at AXA, Tecnotree, Cegedim, Cisco, SUBEX Azure Limited, and Real Soft. Sunil holds an MBA in Human Resource & Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a BSc in Computer Science from Periyar University, and an MCSE certification from DHISHNA.
