Carolina Barbalace has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. Carolina began their career as an Administrative Support at California State University, Northridge. Carolina then moved to All Systems Fire Protection in 2016, where they served as an Operations Manager. In 2018, Carolina took on the role of Office Manager at Clear Home Solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at PaymentCloud, first as a Customer Success, then as an Operations Manager, and ultimately as the Director of Operations. Currently, Carolina is an Operations Manager at Quest for Justice.

Carolina Barbalace received their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge in 2016, having started their studies in 2012.
