Miguel Pereira Pinto is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director and Head of Living at Quest Capital since 2021. Miguel holds significant leadership roles, including membership in the Residential Council at the Urban Land Institute and heading the Portuguese Affordable Housing Program working group at APPII since 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of the Operations Management Department at Grupo Novo Banco Real Estate and Vice President of Operations Management at Hudson Advisors L.P. Miguel's expertise is further supported by a strong educational background, including a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as post-graduate qualifications in Corporate Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and Real Estate Management and Appraisal from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
